I packed the first orders myself in a tiny office, learned every system by doing, then outsourced the day-to-day mundane tasks, delegated to trusted 3rd parties and scaled the brand into a highly profitable 7-figure business, that ultimately sold to a buyer.
That journey wasn’t luck — it was diagnosis, prescription, and disciplined treatment.
Before all that, I spent 15 years as a professional poker player — profiting seven figures across live and online games, and building the kind of patience, analysis, and risk discipline that later shaped how I ran my business. Poker teaches you to think probabilistically, manage uncertainty, and stay calm under pressure — all skills that translate surprisingly well to entrepreneurship.
